The first room was occupied, the second was dirty with towels on the floor, and the third had a rusty bathtub. Definitely not the cozy getaway I was hoping for.

The room was updated but not very clean and available with fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly efficient and absolutely helpful at all times. It was right by the store, and a port, exceptionally nice and ideal location overall.

Liked my very very good stay on a road trip. The restaurant was wonderful which is an easy short walk from the hotel for dinner, I tried light dishes. The beds were very clean and I had an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, overlooking the marina. This property was located in a such beautiful area.

We loved staff and rooms here, every detail needed for our weekend was provided. Lots of supplies in the room: a coffee machine, a seating area and a writing table.

The location is undeniably convenient—close to the city and Folly Beach. The breakfast sandwich, as promised, was a nice touch. The room was clean, but the presence of a pink bar of soap in the shower from previous guests was off-putting. Human waste left unattended for days? Disgraceful. Maintenance issues abounded: noisy walls, lack of basic amenities, and an outdated bathroom were glaring problems. Simply put, the hotel needs significant improvements, particularly in cleanliness and upkeep. It should not be charging premium rates for such a poorly maintained experience.

The bed was super inviting and made for a restful sleep. I had a blast lounging by the sparkling outdoor pool. Breakfast was a delicious start to my day, fueling my adventures!

Gorgeous, awesome location to the Citadel.

Enjoyed scenic views of the river. Woke up with a free breakfast. Explored the city market. Amenities were grand; free WiFi and parking a plus.

Loved stepping in dog poop and dealing with non-programmed key cards.

Off-center location, quiet but close to downtown.

The fact that there are a lot of dogs and it's carpet in the chzmbers. The two sets do not mix well in terms of hygiene.
